Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Any cancellation request must be submitted prior to order fulfillment.  If your order has shipped and you have received tracking information, the order is not eligible for cancellation. 

If your order has not shipped, simply email info@aromarendezvous.com stating your request to cancel, and include your order number.  You will receive a confirmation with full refund, or be notified that the cancellation is unable to be processed.

All sales are final -  we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on opened or unopened fragrance decants.   This is due to the fragile and collectible nature of the fragrances.  Additionally, once a fragrance decant has left our possession, we cannot verify that it has been stored properly or that the contents have not been altered, tampered with, or contaminated. This policy is to protect the safety and integrity of our products and our customers, by ensuring previously purchased inventory is never returned to the product inventory pool.

This means you can rest assured that your fragrance decant is fresh, unused and authentic, and you are the only person to own the item.

Limited Quantities

Quantities of our fragrance decants are naturally limited.  Orders will be processed in the order they are received.  In the event we are unable to fulfill your order due to changes in inventory/availability, you will receive a full refund, including shipping charges.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or an item is missing, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@aromarendezvous.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the package and products received

At our sole discretion, we may provide:

  • A replacement item;
  • Store credit; or
  • A refund for the affected item.

Chargebacks

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback contrary to this policy or for any reason may result in your account being restricted from future purchases.
